We currently ship orders within Australia and aim to get your FAC gear on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days after your order has been placed.

During product launches, promotions, public holidays or particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service and destination.

Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Faith Above Collective is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been handed to the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery details so we can assist you.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our control. We will, however, do our best to assist with any delivery issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

If international shipping is offered for a particular product or destination, the available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.
